What We Collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, website URL and your message. We also collect basic, anonymised analytics about how visitors use this site, including which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from, so we can improve it.

Why We Collect It

Contact details are used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare your free SEO audit. Analytics help us understand which content is useful. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything you didn't ask for.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up properly, then deleted. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised. If you become a client, project data is kept for the length of the engagement plus 12 months for reporting continuity.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Just email hello@alpharank.co.uk and we'll deal with it within one month.

This site uses only essential cookies needed for it to work, plus privacy-friendly analytics that don't identify you personally. There's nothing to opt out of, but your browser's cookie controls still apply.
